Artichoke, Sausage, Black Olive & Feta Quiche

In our house, anything and everything artichoke goes. Any way, any preparation. Since we also love a great quiche, it was only a matter of time until the two merged into one mighty delicious recipe. This combination could also become the pasta or orzo recipe of my dreams, but for now we start with quiche.
The base of the quiche I use is my tried and true ratio, 5 eggs: 1/2 cup milk: 1/2 cup heavy cream + salt and pepper to make the custard like quiche filling. Then comes the fun part. Add whatever you want! I love to get creative in this arena, but I also love my tried and true recipes. This Mushroom, Leek, Pancetta and Goat Cheese Quiche has nestled its way to the top of my list. This time, I thought we’d go Greek. This Artichoke, Sausage, Black Olive & Feta Quiche is also incredibly easy, as half the ingredients are canned and do not need to be prepped. The feta can be purchased crumbled, cutting out another step. All that’s left is browning your crumbled sausage, throw all the ingredients into your pie crust and set to bake. Easy as pie (or in this case: easy as quiche!)
