The diversity of labneh is endless. This strained yogurt leaves you with a thick, rich and creamy base that can be easily swayed between savory or sweet. For this recipe I went sweet, creamy and crunchy- labneh, pistachio, pomegranate, bee pollen, honeycomb and pomegranate molasses.

This is great to make as an appetizer dip or a dessert. I serve it with pita, laffa, naan or fruit to dip into it. Sometimes I make my own labneh and sometimes I buy it. It’s an easy and flexible dip- once you grind the pistachios you just layer and drizzle.
